6th-12th grade: PE

Every class will start with stretching and running to get warmed up. We will then learn the necessary skills in order to play the sport designated for that class. The units we will go through include but are not limited to: core training, intermediate basketball, intermediate volleyball, endurance and cardio exercises, sport conditioning, and court games.

Other sports may be included or omitted depending on the availability of equipment.
