How to receive our emails

Below is a comprehensive guide to ensuring that you receive our emails.

Just find the email client that you use in the list below, and read the instructions.

In general, you can ensure that you receive emails from us by adding us to your contacts, or your address book. Just make an entry for CHC that has the email address


If you ever find an email from CHC in your Spam folder,

  • Check the box next to the CHC message(s)
  • Choose Not Spam at the top

If you are using the tabbed inbox, CHC emails may be pushed to the 'Promotions' tab. To get updates from CHC direct to your primary inbox:

  • Drag and drop your email to that tab.
  • If you get the prompt This conversation has been moved to Primary. Do this for all future messages from, select Yes.
  • If using mobile, select the email in your inbox, tap move from the dropdown menu and select Primary

Outlook 2003 (or higher)

  • Open your email
  • At the top of the message, you should see Click here to download pictures
  • Click this and select, Add the Domain to Safe Senders List


  • Right-click on the email (in the list of emails).
  • Click Junk E-mail.
  • Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.
